Would recommend for a transient stop
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great toiletries, and just steps from the heart of the square made our stay enjoyable and convenient, especially with the exceptional location allowing quick access to nearby shops and restaurants.
Parking can be tricky, and additional facility fees might catch you off guard.

great service but a few things left to be desired
The front desk staff showed impressive hospitality and really went the extra mile to help us settle in while moving my daughter to her dorm. The spacious double room provided a very comfortable stay for our family.
Parking felt somewhat limited, especially during peak times despite the area being safe.

Spacious rooms with large windows letting in plenty of natural light create a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The proximity to cultural landmarks makes it easy to explore the local history, all within walking distance.
The lack of a restaurant or bar leaves solo travelers feeling a bit isolated, especially upon arrival in the evening. The bathroom could use more counter space, with tile floors that felt cold and hard underfoot. Heating issues made the room uncomfortable, with some guests struggling to adjust the temperature effectively. Maintenance noise during the day was distracting, and the shower pressure could be better, making it less satisfying than expected.

The location was perfect for exploring historical sites along the trail, like the Old North Church and Paul Revere's House. The rooms were clean and spacious. The housekeeping did a great job. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway with pals!
One downside was the dark garage under the hotel. it felt a bit unsafe at night without proper lighting.

Great location near cultural landmarks.
My stay was quite disappointing. I was initially put in a disability room without being informed, which was not what I expected. The room itself was uncomfortably cold, and I struggled to get the heating to work properly. Even after requesting a blanket, it never arrived, leaving me to use inadequate bedding. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked basic amenities like fan ventilation. I felt that overall, the hotel only offered a place to sleep without any additional comforts.
